  1. We take no responsibility for the content of this site. Players have access to various ways to display personalized content. While we will attempt to moderate inappropriate content, we cannot prevent every case of inappropriate content. If inappropriate content is found, please notify an administrator immediately.

  2. EuroGangster may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Ignorance is not an excuse for a breach, so make sure you read them often.

  3. One person may only have one account. Anyone found to be in breach of this rule will have their account suspended. If you are planning to play on the same IP as another player, please send an in-game mail to a staff member (not an owner, but anyone else) advising them of this, as soon as you signup. Your profile will then be noted to not be a multiple account.

  4. EuroGangster takes no responsibility for any breach of personal information on this site. While we do take reasonable steps to protect your private information, we cannot guarantee its full security.

  5. Players of this site agree to abide by these Terms of Service as well as the Game Rules. A breach of either may result in game suspension.

  6. You are responsible for anything that happens in your account. As such, it is your duty to keep people out of your account. Reading our Password Security page is strongly advised.

  7. Discrimination against other players in any way, such as age, gender, race, beliefs, and sexual preference, is strictly forbidden, and will result in account suspension if caught. Also, EuroGangster takes no responsiblity for any discrimination you may receive on this site, although if reported the offender will be suspended.

  8. Player generated messages, such as signatures, avatars, and gang information, do not reflect the views of EuroGangster and its staff.

  9. Payments made to EuroGangster for donator packs and various other things are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes account suspension.

  10. Players who donate money to the game agree that their donator status does not grant them protection against in-game punishments.

  11. We cannot guarantee the availability of this site at all times. This site is delivered on an as-is basis. Game uptime is often out of our power to control. We will attempt to keep the site up as much as we can, but there is no set guarantee of uptime.

  12. EuroGangster disclaims and discredits any warranties and the like set forth about this website.

  13. We cannot guarantee that this website will not infect players with viruses, spyware, and the like. While this site does not contain any intentional viruses, it is possible through current technology to disguise a virus in a simple thing such as a player's display picture. Thus, it is advised to check your computer for viruses often and stay up-to-date on the latest virus definitions.

  14. EuroGangster is not, in any way, responsible for any damages caused by using material contained on this site.

  15. Hacking, DDOSing, or performing any malcontented act against this site is strictly illegal and will cause legal action to be taken by EuroGangster against all parties involved.

  16. All content in this game, including player accounts and items, is the legal property of the EuroGangster owners. Simply put, you do not legally own anything on this game, regardless of whether you got it in a Donator Pack or earned it ingame.

Privacy Policy
  • We will not willingly give out your personal information, bar your IP address, to third parties.
  • Your IP address is logged for security reasons. We do reserve the right to give this out to appropriate third parties in case of hacking or any similar event.
  • We cannot guarantee your personal information will not be disclosed - there are circumstances such as hacking in which such information may be comprimised.
  • EuroGangster Staff can view your personal information, however they are bound to obey this Privacy Policy as we are.
